ICA is formed for the purposes of producing, exhibiting, and performing artistic events in the Washington, DC, metropolitan area, including visual arts displays, musical concerts, dance concerts, and theatre productions. In addition, the organization develops and provides training and marketing skills as well as disseminates and publishes arts information.
